Your purchases are subject to return or refund solely in accordance with our Refund Policy, including our 6-month money-back guarantee for qualifying Beard Growth products and our 30-day unopened return window.

You represent and warrant that your purchases are for your own personal or household use and not for commercial resale or export, unless we have agreed otherwise in writing.

Section 4 — Prices and Billing

Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time the order is placed. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes, which are calculated at checkout where applicable.

U.S. shipping is described in our Shipping Policy, including free shipping on qualifying orders over $20.

If you enroll in a subscription or auto-ship plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis at the then-current price until you cancel. You may cancel future shipments before your next billing date by contacting us or managing your subscription through your account.

Section 5 — Shipping and Delivery

Shipping timelines, carriers, and address requirements are governed by our Shipping Policy. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier, except where prohibited by law.
